Capping off the week, the pleasure industry edition of the XBIZ Awards brings the community together under one roof for a grand celebration of the brands and execs who defined the year.
Hands down, XBIZ is the ultimate trade show to attend. The meeting format far exceeds the value of any other event because meetings are conducted one-on-one in private without interruptions. It creates the perfect environment to do real business, and the follow-up after the events is always meaningful. Additionally, I have a deep appreciation for the entire team at XBIZ. Without fresh concepts and new ideas, there is no progression, and they have consistently been the platform that champions that evolution for all of us.
XBIZ events have been a cornerstone of my business for years. There’s no other platform that brings together buyers, brands and industry leaders with the same energy and intention. The connections I’ve made at XBIZ shows have directly shaped the growth of our company. These aren’t just industry events. They’re where real business gets done, and lasting relationships are built.
The thing I love about the XBIZ trade show is that I have an opportunity to see new vendors that I haven’t seen at other shows. While I like the option to set my own appointments at regular shows, it often means I don’t have time to see new vendors. The blended format, combining the show floor and pre-scheduled meetings, has become a great hybrid. And one of the great extras is the awards show. It’s an evening of glitz and glamour where we get to see the top people in our industry and recognize them for the hard work they do, which often goes unnoticed day to day. It’s a great culmination of the show that lets us have fun and celebrate together.
XBIZ creates unique events with one-of-a-kind networking and business opportunities for attendees. The intimate meeting environments and evening activities have been the starting point for many great relationships for Nalpac/Entrenue and for me personally.
I truly enjoy attending XBIZ events. I have attended six, and I love the private meetings because they allow me to comfortably place orders, work through specialty programs directly with manufacturers, and have constructive conversations without all the noise and distractions of a trade show.
